In 2011, Citinest was originally founded as a traditional real estate agency. Over time, as our network grew and our understanding of what clients actually needed deepened, we evolved. Today, Citinest operates as an independent real estate advisory — focused on buyer representation, investment advisory, and sales & rentals for clients who value results over sales pressure.
We're still based in Barcelona — but Madrid has become our second home, a city we visit every week. We still work with the same values we started with. And we still believe that the best outcome for our clients is the only outcome worth pursuing.

Originally from Sweden. Arrived in Barcelona in 2003 as a student. Fell in love with the city and decided to stay. Founded Citinest in 2011. Specialised in property sales and investment advisory — with over 15 years of market knowledge and an extensive network across Barcelona and Madrid.
Co-founder of Citinest and the driving force behind our rental and property management services. Originally from Uruguay, she has lived in Barcelona for over 30 years. Specialised in tenant screening and renovation oversight.
